What's Wrong?

Description:

After every Claude Code desktop app update on Windows, all session folder/group assignments are lost. Sessions that were neatly organized under custom folders (e.g. "API", "REPORTS", "ENEFIT", "Product development") all fall back into "Ungrouped". The folders themselves remain visible but are empty.

This happens every time an update is installed. Re-organizing takes significant manual effort and is frustrating to repeat after each update.

Actual behavior: All folder assignments are lost after every update.

What Should Happen?

Session folder/group assignments should persist across app updates. Sessions should remain in their assigned folders after updating.
