Ask Claude Code to make a code change and create a PR. Allow Claude Code to commit changes using its default git configuration. Merge the generated PR into the default branch. Open the repository's Contributors page on GitHub. Observe that an unrelated GitHub user appears as a contributor. Inspect the merge commit and note that the commit author email is:
