Problem: When I'm working on two projects at the same time, it's easy to lose track of which session belongs to which project. There's no quick visual cue to tell them apart at a glance.

Proposed solution: Let users assign a custom color to each project, and surface that color in the sidebar so projects are instantly distinguishable. I don't have a strong opinion on the exact visual — a small colored marker/dot next to the project would work, but a left border, label, or full-row tint would be just as good. I'll leave the design to the team.

Why it helps: A simple color tag is a low-effort, high-value visual anchor. It makes parallel work across multiple projects much easier to navigate without having to read the full project name/path every time.
