/clear is registered with cli_only=True (commands.py line 72-73), so it's invisible in Telegram and other gateway channels. Users expect /clear to reset their session the same way /new does.

The simplest fix: add "clear" to /new's alias tuple (line 69) so it resolves to the same session-reset handler regardless of channel. The standalone /clear CommandDef with cli_only=True can stay for the CLI-specific screen-clear behavior, or be removed if /new already covers it.
