Some Hermes profiles render most tool and skill category labels in a dim/grey color, making the interface appear partially disabled or unavailable.

However, other profiles on the same installation render the exact same UI elements with normal highlighted colors.

The issue appears to be profile-specific rather than terminal-specific.

The affected profile still loads successfully and skills remain visible, but many category names are displayed with significantly reduced brightness.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start Hermes Agent v0.15.1.
  2. Switch to profile "ai-gap-content-finder-flux".
  3. Observe that many tool and skill category labels are rendered in a dim/grey color.
  4. Switch to profile "ai-gap-content-reporter".
  5. Observe that category labels are rendered normally with highlighted colors.
  6. Compare the two startup screens.

The issue is reproducible consistently on my installation.

Expected Behavior

Tool and skill category labels should be rendered consistently across profiles.

If categories are available and successfully loaded, they should use the normal highlighted color scheme instead of appearing dimmed or disabled.

Profiles with valid skills should not visually appear partially unavailable.

Actual Behavior

In profile "ai-gap-content-finder-flux", many tool and skill category labels appear dimmed/greyed out.

Examples include:

  • browser-cdp
  • code-execution
  • discord
  • file
  • homeassistant

and many skill categories such as:

  • apple
  • creative
  • github
  • media
  • productivity
  • research
  • social-media

The same Hermes installation displays normal colors when using profile "ai-gap-content-reporter".

Functionality appears mostly intact, but the UI presentation suggests these categories are disabled or unavailable.
