Problem or Use Case

For example, if I set it to 3 days, update would ignore versions published within the last 3 days and instead update to the newest version older than 3 days. This provides a safety buffer against supply-chain attacks and early-release issues by avoiding packages that haven't had time to be vetted by the community.

Proposed Solution

Add a configurable minimumReleaseAge setting to the Hermes Agent configuration file.

Example:

minimumReleaseAge: 3d

or

minimumReleaseAgeDays: 3
