Bug Description

When using Xiaomi MiMo (mimo-v2.5) as the main model, vision_analyze takes the native fast path and returns multimodal tool results ([{type:text}, {type:image_url}]). The Xiaomi API rejects these with HTTP 400, and the error auto-recovery mechanism fails because of a backtick mismatch — leaving the session permanently broken.

This is closely related to #30682, #25594, and #37469, but the root cause here is specifically in _should_use_native_vision_fast_path() choosing the fast path when it shouldnt.
