hermes - 💡(How to fix) Fix [Bug] Long conversation content loops after switching sessions, latest response unreachable

Bug Description

In Hermes Desktop (v0.15.2, Windows 11), very long conversations break after switching sessions:

1. Switch to another conversation via the left sidebar, then switch back — the view is stuck somewhere in the middle, cannot find the latest messages
2. The session outline (left panel) can navigate to the latest question, but the answer immediately following it is NOT the latest answer — it shows an old answer from much earlier in the conversation
3. Scrolling down endlessly loops old messages, the latest response never appears (even though the agent is actively executing the latest request in the background)
4. There is no scrollbar on the right side for quick navigation
5. Pressing F5 to refresh the page does not fix the issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a long conversation (dozens of exchanges)
2. Click another conversation in the left sidebar to switch away
3. Click back to the original long conversation
4. In the session outline on the left, click the latest user question
5. Observe: the page scrolls to that question, but the response after it is an old one. Continue scrolling down and old messages repeat in a loop

Expected Behavior

• After switching back, the latest messages should be visible
• After navigating via the session outline, subsequent messages should display in correct chronological order
• Scrolling down should load remaining new messages, not loop old ones
• A scrollbar should be available for quick navigation

Actual Behavior

• Session outline jumps to the latest question, but an old response appears after it
• Continuous scrolling only loops old content — the latest response is never reachable
• No scrollbar present
