Describe the bug When the assistant replies (especially after tool calls), the new message appears in the middle of the chat window instead of at the bottom. User must manually scroll up/down to find the latest reply. /redraw does not fix it.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Hermes desktop app on macOS (Hermes 0.14.0)
  2. Have a conversation where assistant makes multiple tool calls
  3. After assistant's final text reply, the message appears mid-chat, not scrolled to bottom

Expected behavior New replies should auto-scroll to the bottom of the chat window.
