ollama - 💡(How to fix) Fix "Overrun of a stack-based buffer" error when running Phi4

What is the issue?

Hello, It's been a while since I last used the Phi4 model. But when I tried it today, I got a weird error :

llama-server process has terminated: exit status 0xc0000409: The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application.

This happens whether I use the command line (Ollama run phi4) or the “/api/chat” endpoint. It seems that this is the only model affected at the moment in my Ollama setup.
