How would you like to use vllm

When we run vLLM using the CPU docker image we see this warning:

[utils.py:226] To make v1/embeddings API fast, please install orjson by `pip install orjson`

We wanted to check the difference in performance, so we build a container with orjson. When we run this container we see a different warning:

(APIServer pid=1) /opt/venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/vllm/entrypoints/pooling/embed/serving.py:73: FastAPIDeprecationWarning: ORJSONResponse is deprecated, FastAPI now serializes data directly to JSON bytes via Pydantic when a return type or response model is set, which is faster and doesn't need a custom response class. Read more in the FastAPI docs: https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/advanced/custom-response/#orjson-or-response-model and https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/tutorial/response-model/

In both cases we're told that there is a faster approach, and now we're a bit puzzled which approach to take...
